Seen on a dismal January morning. I've chosen to use the spelling 'Laythorpe' because that's how local people say the name, and (I have just checked) the parish is listed by the Church of England as 'St Denys, Kirkby Laythorpe'. http://www.achurchnearyou.com/kirkby-laythorpe-st-denys/.
