A mixed retail and housing building, located on the corner of Gloucester Road North and Braemar Avenue. The ground floor is occupied by Motaman car superstore (parts and accessories) and Blockbuster Video. The upper floors are flats. From 1935 to 1961, this was the site of the 1114-seat Cabot Cinema. It was converted into a Fine Fare supermarket, which opened in May 1962. After the supermarket closed, the building was unused for a period. It was then demolished, to be replaced by the building seen here.
