Lodges near Shrewsbury

A pair of elegant, late C18th lodges to Berwick House. The arch above the window is a particularly refined touch. Facing the drive each has a Tuscan porch. They may have been designed by Robert Mylne, who did some work at the house in 1780. The lodges were enlarged and an upper storey added in c1878. Fine gates too. Grade II listed.
