This record of the Cambridge Brewery (established 1866) in King Street is, I think, not visible from street level. This picture was taken from Blundell Court in Sidney Sussex College, looking across King Street. The Brewery building is now the kitchens of D'Arry's Wine Bar. The large building to the rear was the old County Hall of Cambridgeshire, and the dome was, I imagine, above the Council Chamber: see Image
