Located at the top of Castle Hill, alongside the ruins of Monmouth Castle and adjacent to Great Castle House http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1373901 and the Regimental Museum. For 58 years from 1810, Monmouth Dispensary was located in Little Castle House. The Dispensary moved to St James Squarehttp://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2099249 in 1868.
