A 12 metre high sculpture in Kilkenny limestone by Eilis O'Connell http://www.sculpture.org.uk/biography/EilisOConnell/ at the junction of Marsh Wall and Mastmaker Road. The strange title is a quotation from Seamus Heaney's poem 'Kinship' 'This is the vowel of earth Dreaming its root In flowers and snow'
