I just love the way that no two houses are the same in this street. These caught my eye, in particular. There seems to have been a small problem in this part of the street. Hollyhocks had self seeded outside these houses this Summer, and had become a health and safety problem - please! House owners had to campaign to stop the council spraying them with pesticide. Good grief. Whatever next? I bet they looked terrific. I bet there were things an awful lot worse in the street a few hundred years ago!
