Dolphin pub in foreground and, beyond it, The Market House 1848 which is used as a public hall. An inscription reads "The turret and clock above were erected by voluntary subscriptions of the parishioners of Botley to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Victoria, 1897".
