Head south a little way down Dyke Road and you come to this passageway. Named after Vines Windmill which once stood in what is now Powis Grove. Concealed down this alley are a couple of one story cottages built around 1810 for the mill workers. On the southern side is access to the back gardens of the houses in Clifton Terrace.
