Kirton Lindsey has a Local Ecumenical Project known as the United Mission Church of St. Andrew. These buildings are the former Methodist church and hall. The church dates from 1840 and the Hall from 1928. It is interesting to note how the hall tries to echo the style of the earlier building. The effect of the pilasters on the earlier building is suggested by the recessed brickwork on the newer building.
