Wherever I am I try to buy local produce and avoid the supermarkets - here was an ideal opportunity; a retired chap trading from his own garden. The veg was supermarket quality (clean, unblemished, well-presented) but much cheaper. His personal service was first class, re-opening his garage store to get what we asked for. As the sign says - "Use it or lose it!"
