This site was lying vacant at Knockgreenan Close, off the Hospital Road for years and was purchased for more than two and a half times the cost that people would have paid for buying an adjacent bungalow in the 1980s. There is a sewer running through it on the left and part of the ground is swampy. I was amazed to see the plans for its development which include the erection of two detached houses.
