Changes are on the way for book lovers in a Northumberland village where the library service is being taken over by the local community. A countywide review some years ago resulted in a decision to hand over management of Ellington Library to local people, led by the Village Hall Association After a six month closure for repairs and refurbishment opening on the 25th of October 2010
