This section of marshland is between Anthony's Way and the Chatham Reach section of the River Medway. On the left is the A289 Medway Tunnel road (Vanguard Way), leading towards Chatham/Gillingham. On the right in the background is several large wharves of Chatham Historic Dockyard. This section of marsh, may become a new park and ride carpark for Chatham. Currently, Sainsbury's Supermarket is applying to Medway Council to build a near by store and this park and ride development. See http://www.sainsburys-frindsbury.co.uk/parkride.html for more details and plans for the 413 space car park.
