The school has got an impressively comprehensive and well-organized website here http://www.princessfrederica.com/?pid=0 Suffice to say that it was opened in 1889 by Princess Frederica, a cousin of Queen Victoria, and that it is located at the junction of College Road, crossing left to right in the photo, and Purves Road.
