The nave is still thatched although the 700 year old chancel has been tiled for some time. What is left of the tower is 13th c. and is capped by a wooden belfry stage which is covered in grey tiles. The body of the church is cement-rendered, but has been competently carried out and doesn’t look at all out of place. The crenellated porch is 15th century
