The picture was taken from the access road at the northern edge of the SD5200 grid square. The view south shows the chimneys of Pilkington's glass manufacturing sites in St. Helens. The white arch of Runcorn Bridge is to the left and Frodsham Point (the hill behind the chimneys) can also be seen.
