It is parked at the edge of the field whilst the farmer is cleaning the plough so as not to spread the adhering soil all over the road. One advantage of tracks rather than wheels is that farmers can get into their fields early and also that the soil gets less compacted because the weight of the machine is distributed over a larger area.
