At the eastern edge of residential Sedbury, Sedbury Lane heads away to the NE at the point where Beachley Road is renamed Buttington Hill at a sharp bend. The maximum permitted vehicle weight along Sedbury Lane is 7.5 tonnes (except for access). No horse riding is allowed.
