Community Resource Centre located on the corner of Penarth Road and Taffs Mead Embankment. Track 2000 is a registered charity whose aims and objectives include: Reuse or recycling of unwanted household and commercial goods, thus reducing the number of items ending up in landfill sites. Support and training for those on low income or benefit.
