Set in the south wall of the Old Council Chamber, Reigate Town Hall (see Image for a wider view). Built of Caen Stone, it bears two dates - 1901 (twice) for the date of building of the Town Hall and 1863 for the date of incorporation of the original Borough of Rhegate. The arms are those of the original Borough - see Image for a full description. The figures in the arch are of seraphim.
