Road junction on the A40 in Pembrokeshire

There were protests when the county council invested a large sum of money in constructing 6 of these circular stone plantbeds at a junction between a minor road and a busy stretch of the A40. A couple of years later they contain nothing but weeds and the landscaping effect is nil!
