This is a Church of England training centre. http://www.rcc.ac.uk/ Founded in 1853 by Bishop Samuel Wilberforce, it was designed by G E Street who was Diocesan Architect for Oxford. Owing much to French Gothic styling, it received a good review in "The Ecclesiologist"
