Notices such as this one have been displayed for months on the approach road to Brixham (Dartmouth Road) by residents who are unhappy about a decision by the Churston Golf Club to sell off land for housing. This house adjoins the Golf Club car park. The argument that the Golf Club is potentially insolvent and that this required the sell-off has been hotly contested in the local Press.
