St Andrew's church dates mainly from the 14th and 15th centuries and is most noteworthy for its medieval stained glass which has survived in the tracery of the nave windows. The poppy heads on the benches are original 15th century but they are mounted on C19 pews. There are also several 18th century box pews in the north aisle. The church's royal arms > http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2048500 is unusual (and perhaps unique) in that it was painted on a diamond-shaped board like a hatchment.
