This former house of some character at the southwest end of Manse Road faces on to the recreation ground at Lauder. Until recently, it was used as a changing facility for football teams, but it is now boarded up, as the erection of a new changing building is planned in a joint Scottish Borders Council and NHS Borders project to provide a new health centre and improvements to the park.
