These buildings were built in 1957 as The Netherhall Secondary Modern Schools for Boys and Girls. From 1975-2010 they were the Lower School of the split-site Netherhall 11-18 Comprehensive School, which is now concentrated in new buildings on the Queen Edith's Way Upper School Site (from 1959-1975 the site of Cambridge Grammar School for Boys, the third component of Netherhall). In due course a new primary school will be built on this site. This picture shows the contractors' entrance.
