Published Date: 22 December 2009 A Colne club has been granted permission to operate with a premises licence despite fierce opposition from neighbouring residents. Following the closure of the RAOB Club (Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes - Colunio Institute) in Walton Street, which operated for private members under a Club Registration Certificate, new owner Patricia Bulcock has refurbished the outlet to reopen it as a profit-making business.
