This doorway to salvation is situated just off Newton Port, up a lane towards John Brown Court, in the town centre. I resisted the temptation to knock on heaven's door and instead went for a tramp on the nearby Garleton Hills. When I say "went for a tramp" I don't mean that I attacked a gentleman of the road........
