Over recent years, this little building has been the home of a picture framers and before that, a double glazing company. It is located at the junction of Manor Road and Warbro Road. The building is currently the St Marychurch branch of a Karate school, which has several other branches in South Devon. Update, Sept 2015: The building has now been demolished and a block of residential flats is under construction on the site. See Image]
