The building of 45 extra care flats for older people is taking shape. The project is the result of a partnership between the Sanctuary Group, Torbay Council, Torbay Care Trust, the Homes and Communities Agency and the Department of Health. This view is from St Marychurch Road looking towards Westhill Road.
