The building is believed to date from the 17th century, and was timber-framed, but it has been much altered and added to, over the centuries. For a very long period there was a draper's shop here, with a succession of owners. Later it became Old Woking Post Office. After that closed, the building became a French restaurant, which is its present use. Image
