This building on Commercial Street is now used by Safer Caerphilly Multi-Agency Centre, a 'One Stop Shop' for victims of domestic abuse and their children. Formerly, the building was Penallta Workmen's Hall, Library and Institute. The foundation stone was laid in 1923.
