Taken in West Parade. The house on the right belonged to notorious Horsham skinflint Frugal McDougall http://findarticles.com/p/news-articles/daily-mail-london-england-the/mi_8002/is_1999_Nov_26/frugal-mcdougal-penny-pinching-news/ai_n36108222/ and the house to the left to a swet old lady called Miss Penlerick. When she died it was said she was the last person alive who had met WG Grace- he was a friend of her father.
