While windy, the approach path to an airport is not the place to fly kites. Because of the location, I presume that is what this cod road sign is trying to tell us. Assuming it's a kite, not a spermatazoon, the problem is with the warning triangle. Prohibitions are circles (someone should tell the motorway service station folk too). The air was quite busy with landing light aircraft, so kites are definitely unwelcome. Now what to do with the seagulls?
