This building currently houses the Farnborough branch of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Due to the financial mess the bank got itself into, the bank ended up with the state owning the vast majority of its shares in return for bailing it out. This has precipitated a requirement that the bank sell off some of its branches. It has now been announced that all its RBS branded branches in England & Wales will be sold to the Spanish bank Santander, who already own several UK banks. This sale won't be completed for up to 2 years, but eventually this branch will either be rebranded as Santander, or closed.
