Taken on the final day ie 3rd May, 1969, of passenger train workings between Rugby (Central) Station and Nottingham (Arkwright Street) Station, a Diesel Multiple Unit train is seen at Leicester (Central) Station on the way North to Nottingham. Industrial units now occupy most of the former station area.
