A member of the Sizzling Pubs group, located on the corner of Heol Llanishen Fach and Thornhill Road. If you were expecting that the name is steeped in a Celtic legend or myth, the reality is more mundane. The pub is named after the nine giant trees that until recently were a landmark in the area.
