The hall is operated by a charity formed in 1923, and is the oldest public hall in Kingskerswell. It is licensed for 116 people, and used by a variety of organisations, including Pre School Cub, Before & After School Clubs, Pilates, Tai Chi, Square Dancing, Toddler Group, and private hire for sales, parties and band practice.
