Chapel at Wootton Common

I believe this is the Bible Christian chapel, originally a mile away at Littletown. It is adjacent to the Ryde to Newport railway line, now terminating here at Wootton. The flag is probably there because the football world cup was still going on, although England had already been eliminated.
