The fourth of seven installations on Sea Road, designed to assist Boscombe's regeneration, and lure people from the beach to the delights of the precinct; designed by Dorset artist Andy Kirkby. This one commemorates Mary and Percy Shelley, who had local connections Image Four are completed, and a further three are expected.
