This splendid home backs on to the beach. It looks like Captain Jack Sparrow might suddenly emerge from the front door. For all the critics of Borth I say that Borth may not suit all tastes but, significantly, I didn't spot one estate agents 'for sale' sign. They are plagueing many towns like Shrewsbury now the recession is hitting homeowners. No one seems to be selling in Borth - so it must offer residents something money can't buy.
