One of Suffolk's loveliest houses, Hemingstone Hall is an exceptional example of a Dutch-gabled Jacobean manor house set within lovely gardens. It is Grade 1 listed and contains fine panelled rooms and some vivid Jacobean wall-painting. Its grounds, of historic importance, include a listed walled garden by Lanning Roper, sunken parterres, a woodland garden and gazebo.
