Plaque commemorating the official opening of the Itchen Bridge in 1977. Lloyds Bank on the corner of Portsmouth Road and Victoria Road is just visible in the right background above the bridge parapet and partly hidden by a tree. The buildings to the left of this photograph are in Bridge Road.
