GD Environmental Services ltd was formed in 2004 through the merger of Gwent Drain Services Ltd and Marine and Industrial Services Ltd. The building is at 19 East Bank Road. The half nearest the camera houses their headquarters. The smaller, more distant part of the building is occupied by J.R.Norvill, builders.
