Officially opened at the start of July 2010, Burton's Place is located on the east side of Llantarnam Road. Financed by partnership between Melin Homes, Torfaen Council and Barratt Homes, Burton's Place has 12 three-bedroom houses, 4 two-bedroom houses and 8 one-bedroom flats which are a mix of rented and low-cost homeownership.
