Golden Boy's Mercedes Vario EU06JVX passing over the Town Bridge on a local route which serves the housing estates on the north of the town.On the bridge parapet there is a circular plaque displaying the arms of the former Ware Urban District Council which was amalgamated with a number of other authorities in 1974 to form East Herts District Council. Amwell End is in the background with the level crossing at its far end. Prominent in Amwell End is the former cinema on the right hand side.
