St Bartholomew's Church and Ye Olde Six Bells

Ye Olde Six Bells is thought to date from the 15th century, but with 9th century origins, and claims to be the second oldest pub in the country. It is grade II listed - for listing particulars see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1378034. Behind it is the spire of St Bartholomew's Church, known colloquially as St Barts, which dates from the 14th century.
