There are two public houses of similar names on opposite sides of Anstey Road in Alton - this one on the south side at the Station Road junction, and the 'Railway Arms Free House' on the opposite side of Anstey Road a little further west. The 'Railway' has a nice hanging sign depicting a locomotive whose identity I was unable to discern from street level, but it looks like a BR Standard Class 5 of the 73XXX series.
