One of a number of houses in the area, and one of three neo-Georgian houses on Chislehurst Road, by the local architect Ernest Newton. Built in 1904. Newton was a pupil of Richard Norman Shaw, but Shaw's influence later diminished and Newton favoured the neo-Georgian style.
